At Mane & Glory we provide more than a standard salon visit. Every detail of our service is designed to cater to our guest and crafted for your convenience. The salon is designed for your comfort, where proper time is reserved to pamper you. Our goal is to provide each and every guest with the highest quality hair services available, in an atmosphere of beauty, relaxation and comfort. 
 
Please Respect Other Guests

Thank you in advance for respecting the privacy and time of our other guests. Our waiting area is reserved for guests waiting to be serviced. For the convenience of all guests please avoid bringing or inviting any guest of any age to your reservation. All
guests deserve to have a peaceful and satisfying experience. Our salon environment is one of relaxation and service. For the sake of safety and peace, we do not encourage children without appointments in the salon area
 
Salon Policies

To ensure you and our other guests a relaxing and enjoyable salon experience, please keep the following tips in mind:
 
Hair Prepared For Service: Hair should be free of braids, twists, twist outs, weaves, or tangles of any kind prior to reservation. Unprepared hair will require additional time if available and additional maintenance fees will apply based on the amount of preparation needed. If additional time is unavailable rescheduling will be considered.
 
Reservations: We do offer the convenience of on-line reservation requests for our guests. If you are a new guest and would like a brief phone consultation you can call us to make your reservation. To ensure prompt service reservations are always ideal but walk-ins are gladly accepted when time is available. We will be more than happy to make a reservation for you just give us a call at (210) 654-7544 or if you choose you can request a reservation online at your convenience. Please keep in mind online reservations are REQUESTS ONLY and need to be accepted to be a confirmed reservation. If you have any questions or need an immediate response please give us a call at (210) 654-7544.
 
Confirm Reservations: You are able to confirm your reservations  directly through your email or text reminders.  However, if you do not hear from us, we encourage guests to contact the salon two days prior to the reservation to assure proper day, time and services.
 
Arrive Early: Arriving early will allow us to ensure you enjoy every minute of your experience. However, if you do arrive late, please remember that your service must end on time so the next guest isn’t delayed. Our scheduling is designed to allow for sufficient time needed to complete your service. A 15-minute grace period will apply to each reservation. If you are running late for your reservation, please call the salon. Late arrivals for any reason may result in rescheduling the appointment.
 
 
To Cancel: Please provide 48 hours notice when canceling your reservation. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a service charge of 50% is charged to your next scheduled reservation

Extensions/Weaves: All extensions reservations require a non-refundable deposit. To avoid forfeiting a deposit, a 72-hour notice is required to reschedule reservations. Deposits may be paid in person or by phone with credit card. Extension removal services are available upon request with an additional service fee. Please reserve this service with your reservation to allow time for the removal of extensions.
 
The Cafe
The Cafe is an eating area provided for your convenience. All we ask is that you be courteous and clean up behind yourself.
 
Lave Chambre 
Enjoy a beautiful atmosphere with calming music while getting your hair shampooed in our new revised Shampoo Room. Or as we like to call it Lave Chambre.
